Yeah, I could taste this one.

In Katie's defense, she looked just as surprised as I was about the whole thing. She just does NOT ever spit-up. Who am I? My mother?

Reading your blog makes me so excited to have a little spit-up launcher of my own. The joys of motherhood . . . can't wait.

... just be glad it was from THAT end and not the other one... don't ask.

Consider me GLAD!

And what exactly do you mean by "Am I my mother or what?"

Do you mean because she'd leave it on to document it, too?

Or that she'd cut out the part of the picture that made her look funny?

Or that she would always say "They NEVER fight" when we sometimes really did?

Or what?? :)

... or do you mean to refer to the time when Gina spit up in her mouth?

Gross Jen. Totally gross!

See, you guys knew what I meant. Why should I have to clarify?

I'll verify this one--I'm about age 6 & we're living in Chama, NM. I'm in the tub, Mom comes in carrying Gina and holding her mouth up to the sky a la someone who's gargling. In a muffled voice, she says "Jana, look, LOOK! She just spit up in my MOUTH!"

Same thing here--only Jenny wanted to show all of us.

Nice going, Jen.

I couldn't resist. It reminded me of Mom's story and I HAD to share.

Man - am I a day late or what? Yep - Jana hit the nail on the head. It was exactly as she stated. No comment about Jenny becoming her mother. I see that ALL of my daughters are resembling that remark!
(though in better ways! Ha) maw
