I've actually been seeing a little bit of my baby pictures in this girl lately.

So there you have it Jodie. It is humanly possible to get pigtails into this hair, but don't get used to the look. I am not up for the work and I figure I've just got to take those rubber bands out four times before it rips out all of her hair and we have to start all over from scratch. So, expect the comb-over look for at least six more months.

ME TOO! That boy of yours is just darling. I cracked up when I saw the picture of him standing with jeans and shoes on. He looked so grown up but still so little. *sigh*
Those pictures are hilarious! I think the bangs make them hilarious times two. Try clipping them back with barrettes next time. Or blow-drying them and then... (okay, just joking).
Oh boy can I relate to this post! Katie is cute and so are her pigtails. I know what you mean about is it worth the work? I wonder that every time I try something creative with Judy's hair.

I would have liked to have seen the picture of Katie's face when you forced those rubber bands in her hair. I bet you pinched the heck out of that girl. She is smiling so big now because you finally stopped. See...I still know what these kids are saying! By the way -(did I say..too cute for words???)
WOW I'm gone for two weeks and Katie grows up. I want to see her SO bad. (oh and you too of course..) I miss you !!!!
Love the pigtails, way too cute! My advice… start now- even if it is one silly pony tail a top her head. Then when she has more hair and you want to do it she will be used to it and won’t hate it (as much). Also, I recommend Poly Bands- “Won’t Pull Out, Tangle or Damage Hair”. (I just bought some and that is what the package says) :) And really they work great. Katie is just adorable!
