A few highlights of the Bayles family campout
(in random order)
  • It rained every day at around the same time
  • Ryan ate about 2500 calories each day
  • Katie never touched the floor (but luckily for me she did crawl around the camper trailer)
  • Derek showed us all that he still has the bow and arrow skills with 5 bullseyes in a row
  • Ryan and I discovered a pond of tadpoles
  • Grandma and Grandpa brought a port-a-potty so I didn't have to squat in the woods
  • I shot a gun for the first time ever (and didn't totally embarrass myself)
  • Denton is a pyromaniac and builds awesome campfires
  • We had a bed to sleep on in the camper trailer
  • I got about 18 mosquito bites
  • Ryan got filthy dirty but we were actually able to keep him out of the fire pit this time
  • We found out that Joanne is pregnant (okay, that is just a rumor that Derek is starting)

Hey Jenny! We have the same haircut... or at least very similar! I wonder if we could still pass as twins ???

Haha, wow! Angie leaves comments on your blog now? How awesome! Tell her hi for me next time you talk to her. Man I miss her! And I bet you still could pass as twins.

Cute pics as always,
Love ya,

The only way to tell about the twins comment is for Angie to start a blog. Angie????

(maybe we've scared her off after all of our comments on her response)

Ummm... is it just me, or are your gun pictures deliberately pointed at each other?

HAHA You wouldn't guess it but I am actually working on, yes that's right, my very own blog. I'm just trying to figure out everything and hope to have at least the first blog done tomorrow. (IS that what it's called?) I know I know I'm a little s-l-o-w.

angie - That's a joke! I remember when you made your own WEBSITE. You couldn't convince me you were slow.

Glad Angie has started a blog. Next we've got to convince KIMMIE to start blogging. She's such a good writer. Don't you think she's have interesting things to say?

I've already been trying. She's resistant. :) Love you Kim.
