Houston, We Have Movement
I have a little person inside of me. Yesterday was the first distinct wiggle that I've felt.

Happy Birthday to Will
Let's try that again.
Let me know if you need a translation Jana. I think he's easy enough to understand - but I'm his Mom.

Emergency Preparedness
I have recently been directed to a fabulous emergency preparedness blog. Every Monday she will post seven things that we can do to get our family more prepared for the unexpected. You can do all seven in one day, or spread it out during the week. I say, check it out and do what you can. I am making progress on our 72 hour kits and I'll definitely be going through my medicine this week and get flashlights together in an easily accessible place. Good luck with your goals!

A Few Family Pictures
By they way, I WILL post pictures of my new haircut. Problem is, I haven't been able to get a picture of it yet. I'll work on that.70's Style

Been Meaning to Blog
Here are the things that I've been meaning to blog or blog about:
1) A family picture or two from Christmas time.
2) I got my hair chopped off about 4 inches when I was only planning a little trim - but I love it.
3) I had a recent ultrasound of our little guy (or girl) and got to see him (or her) wiggling around. I like them wiggly. Plus a small pregnancy update.
4) Ryan starts speech therapy on Tuesday.
5) Some cute little shots of Katie that my Mom got at Christmas.
6) A hilarious picture or two of Ryan in a fabulous 70's outfit that Derek wore when he was Ryan's age.
7) The fact that Derek and I went on a little ski trip this past Wednesday (don't worry, I never fell).
Sheesh, I'm behind. I probably won't end up getting to ALL of those, but hopefully I'll take the time to do at least a few. Which ones are you most interested in?

A Boyfriend
(The grey one is Lola) This white one that sheds like you would never imagine - is Leo.
I was prepared for there to be a territory battle or something of the like. It often takes quite a while before rabbits will become friends, but Lola took an immediate liking to Leo. The first night I brought Lola inside because I didn't want either bullying the other, but the next day when I put them back together and went outside to check on them, I caught them huddled up next to each other with Lola liking away at his face. This is a GOOD sign when you are looking for your bunnies to be friends.
Anyway, Leo is very friendly and gentle and box trained - the only problem is that he sheds so much I can barely touch him. :)
