At first glance it reminds me of the Strawberry Shortcake dolls, but I have a picture of fairies in my head too.
That was definitely a good clue Amy. I got this with a group of Strawberry Shortcake dolls, but she is not a Strawberry Shortcake friend.
I vote for Herself the Elf...and whether she is or not, I definitely have the song stuck in my head now!

She is TOTALLY a Herself the Elf doll. She is actually named "Snowdrop" but she is one of the elves from Herself the elf. It was fun to get a little blast from the past when I saw her.
Dang! I was out of town for the contest. But even though I LOVED Herself the Elf, I'm not sure I could have identified her without Amy saying she looked like a fairy. Once I heard that I immediately knew...
Yeah, I don't think I ever knew what she LOOKED like - I only remember the cassette tape with Herself the Elf.
